SHOWERED BY SWEET FRIENDS

So back in March, my sweet girlfriends all got together and threw Emily and I a baby shower at my sweet friend Aimee's house.  Let me tell you, it was a site to behold!  They put so much time and thought into it and I appreciate all of them so much. I have the greatest friends.  My family came in to share the day too.  Even sweet baby Davis Cate came out for the party! From the precious diaper cake to the real cake that looked like it had a onesie draped over it- these women are creative! I was a bit overwhelmed by how many friends came to shower Emily and I with well wishes and gifts.  Pink was the theme of the day and you can see she got a LOT of it.

PURPOSE

Hello family and friends.  I, with my wonderful husband's help, have finally gotten this blog thing together just in time for Miss Emily's arrival.  
My purpose for this blog is to be able to share our activities and photos with those of you close by, but especially with those of you who are far away and can't see her as often as we- or you would like. 
I hope you will keep up with us here.  I know we started another site before but we didn't like it so we hope this works better.  Love to everyone and I hope you will come back to visit EMacD often.  I will try to post weekly with what she is up to. 

Right now, we are all just anxiously awaiting her arrival!
